Booking Policy and Salon Etiquette 

Please take a minute to read through our booking policy. Nature’s Beauty Secrets is a small appointment based business where we rely on our scheduled clients to arrive for their treatments. No-shows and last-minute cancellations have substantial adverse effects on our business our staff, and our loyal clients. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and may miss out or have to go elsewhere for their appointment. Therefore we hope that you support our Booking Policy. 

When you book an appointment at Nature’s Beauty Secrets it is an acknowledgment of our cancellation policy.

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message and sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours and again 24 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you simply follow the link sent from our booking provider Fresha and follow the prompts to confirm your appointment using a valid credit card. You can call the salon on 97589122 to make any changes to your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior to your booking to avoid a 10% late cancellation fee or 30% no-show fee. You also have the ability to reschedule or make changes to your appointments once you have confirmed your booking.

We require a valid credit card to secure your booking. You will receive a link to update your details once you have made your booking.

Late Cancellation fee (less than 24 hours)

If you need to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment please notify the salon at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in a 10% cancellation fee being charged. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. However if you can’t provide us with 24 hours notice you may send a friend or family member in your place, to avoid the 10% late cancellation fee or 30% no-show fee.

Failure to attend or No-show

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 24 hours, the following may be implemented a 30% no-show cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Arrival 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Please note: If you arrive late, it may compromise the full length of your treatment as we endeavour to remain on schedule for all of our guests.

Health

If you have any symptoms of being unwell, please reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience. If it is under 24 hour notice please call and leave us a message in hope that it will allow us enough time to try and book another appointment in this time. We thank you for your co-operation with this.

Your health and wellbeing are our top priority. For some treatments you may be asked to complete an online consultation form that includes questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your service is suitable.

Treatment Policy

If you have a condition which may be contraindicated to any of our treatments, our therapists reserve the right to decline continuing with your treatment. If this happens, it will be done in a discreet and professional manner as we always have your health and wellbeing as our number one priority. If this does happen we may opt to perform a different service within the time frame appointed to your booking. We may ask you to see a GP or specialist eg podiatrist, osteo etc. for a written letter that we may continue to perform your treatments. 

All of our therapists are trained professionals and we provide professional services only. With this in mind, any suggestive remarks or requests that are not suitable, will result in the treatment being stopped immediately with the full cost of the invoice to be paid. If deemed necessary, we will not hesitate to contact law enforcement if our therapists are ever made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their work environment.

Mobile Phones

Please be courteous to our clients and turn your mobile phones off or on silent so everyone can relax and receive the best possible treatment they deserve.

Gift Voucher Terms and Condition

Please note that lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable; however they can be redeemed for product. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference.

Your gift voucher or valid credit card may be required at the time of booking to secure all reservations – your gift voucher is considered a deposit for your booking. Changing, rescheduling or cancelling a treatment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your gift voucher.

All Gift Vouchers have a 12 month timeframe period from date of purchase and must be redeemed within 3 years of the purchase date.
